In addition, MICROOLED has expanded the capabilities of its ActiveLook platform to accommodate a broader range of displays, light engines, and lenses, to further solidify its position as a leader in the AR industry.

By joining the AR Alliance, MICROOLED joins a consortium of industry leaders dedicated to accelerating innovation and standardization in the AR ecosystem. MICROOLED’s objective is to work with AR Alliance members to establish a unified protocol for Light AR devices, enabling seamless communication and compatibility across platforms. This collaboration will foster the development of a thriving ecosystem of applications that leverage the benefits of Light AR, including extended battery life, lightweight design, and enhanced usability.

In conjunction with AR Alliance membership, MICROOLED is expanding the compatibility of its ActiveLook platform to accommodate various display technologies, such as LCoS, LBS, and microLED, as well as a range of optical solutions, including waveguides. This openness will empower developers to create applications that seamlessly integrate with a wider variety of Light AR devices, simplifying the development process and accelerating the market adoption of these innovative solutions.
